2026 MEMBERSHIP & CART SHED FEES – FEES SUBJECT TO CHANGE

OPTION 1: 1st half payment due by March 31, 2026 — 2nd half payment due by May 1, 2026

OPTION 2: Pay monthly at Pine Lake Country Club Clubhouse

OPTION 3: Monthly payment arrangements through your bank should be made by May 1, 2026, Balances must be paid in full by December 31, 2026.

If dues are not paid in full, or arrangements not made for monthly payments by May 1, 2026 members do not have the right to use the facility.
If you are signing up for League play, please make sure that payment arrangements have been made prior to signing up.

Please direct any payment issues to the Board of Directors at the regular monthly meeting.

Family Membership

1st Year Member: $475.00 (with tax — $508.25)

2nd Year Member: $575.00 (with tax — $615.25)

3rd Year Member/Longer: $690.00 (with tax — $738.30)

Single Membership:

1st Year Member: $300.00 (with tax — $321.00)

2nd Year Member: $400.00 (with tax — $428.00)

3rd Year Member/Longer: $510.00 (with tax — $545.70)

Youth Membership*: $25.00 (with tax — $26.75)
      *18 years old and under

Reciprocal / Out of Town Membership:

Single: $175.00 (with tax — $187.25)

Family: $250 (with tax — $267.50)
     Out of Town Members must belong to another Iowa Golf Association Member Club and live at least 5 miles from the Courthouse Square.

Punch Cards Introduced Season of 2024 (Replacing Social Membership): $125 PER CARD (TAX INCLUDED IN PRICE)
     Allows ANYONE to golf a select number of FIVE 18-hole rounds, with the SIXTH round becoming FREE! DOES NOT INCLUDE CART RENTAL!

Cart Shed Rental

Electric or Gas: $150.00 ($160.50 tax)

Trail Fees

$35.00 per year ($37.45 with tax)
